Ford Mustang Clutch Problem

My carb is spitting out fuel I turned down my fuel pressure regulator till it was dang near all the way shut but it is still spitting up fuel but runs fine just nervous about something catching fire

why are you using a regulator???????

it needs a max of 7 lbs before you push past the needle and seat

Because the motor that was in there originally was a built 302 and I wanted to kinda run the same setup for now with this stop setup but tune everything down instead of pulling it all and having to re install it when I build another 302 and put it in there

Stock setup sorry I just got out of the army and need to ship it and since the motor just blew on me a few months ago I put a stock one in to just get it moving under its own power so they will ship it all I gta do is fix this issue and hook up there jimmy rigged clutch linkage an ill be golden lol
