Truck had battery problems, idiot played with it got shocked. Replaced wires to battery, truck ran and I was driving it, then died. Started it again, drove home. Got up next day, Hard to start but it did, drove it, parked went to start it again and no way. Let me refrase this, the truck will turn over but will not stay running. Checked fuel filter and can see fuel in filter and going to carburator, made sure it was getting a good spark and it still wont stay running.

Check and test the ignition switch -seems to me the primary ignition circuit from the ignition switch is open or the switch itself is on its way out-

Also check the coil's primary and secondary winding resistances
