I know the 50,000 was not done, would a flush be too risky or just a drain and full with filter replacement?

Hello, I am Danny.

On most newer cars these days the 100,000 service is the first major service. I would recommend the following: Serpentine belt, spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter, and cabin air filter(if equipped) replacement. Differential service. Transmission service including filter replacement. Note: Most Quick Lube places just exchange fluid and do not remove pan to change filter. Coolant change. Inspect throttle body for possible cleaning due to gumming/deposits.
