WONT START UNLESS YOU TAKE OUT THE NUMBER 1 PLUG

Wont start unless you take out the number 1 plug no codes stored it has a 3.0 engine replaced timeing chain checked for leaks on intake, put new crank censor in, new plugs, new coil pack. What is the problem and how to fix it or what else to check for.

Does the engine crank with the #1 plug in? If not, have you checked for coolant getting into the cylinder and causing it to lock?
