Why won’t it shift out of high gear? 4.0L

I have a code for bad neutral safety switch and a code for loss of communication with TCM. When you put in drivetime it’s engaged in high gear and doesn’t shift.

If you can give me the codes numbers it will help. I would start by checking the fuses for the TCM which are Fuses #22 and #14 in the fuse panel on the right side of the dash and fuse #49 in the fuse panel under the hood, make sure then have power as well with the key on.
