Electrical problem
1993 Volvo 940 Automatic

I had recently overheated due to improper coolant levels. I refilled it after cooldown and since then I have not been able to start the car. I reset the computer and tried to start again and it would crank with out starting. Then while holding the key to crank the engine I gave it Gas. Now it won't even crank over and the battery is fine. What could it be?
Thanks.

Could be hydrolocking check for coolant in the cylinders if so could be a blown headgasket, cracked head and block
