Hello, I have purchased a new turn signal flasher for my car and can't seem to find where it goes. I have looked for diagrams and/or pictures online and there is nothing that is leading me in the right direction. I looked under the driver's side dashboard for a similar unit, but couldn't see one. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hello, I'm Danny.

It is located in the passenger compartment relay box. I've attached a picture below and circled in red. Here is a tutorial showing how to test a relay:

Where is the flasher unit on the 2000 hyundai elantra? Is it a regular after market unit (shaped like a cylinder- 2 prong).

You only have one flasher, for both the turn signals and the hazard flashers (m16). Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Why do the flashers work but not the turn signals. The flasher switch doesn't stay in place when you push it. You have to hold it in. Are the switch and signals connected

Now that you say that, it sounds like the multifunction switch is broken.
