We have tried everything! Removed clutch, jacking engine up, and there is NO way to get that starter out! No clearance to make room. At wits end! This is a 1990 4x4 S-10 Blazer. Please, any suggestions that aren't obvious. Have have several good shade tree mechanics look at it and no suggestions. HELLPPPP>>>>

My son came out, and after much frustration, got the motor mount loose and the engine jacked up enough to get the starter out. There just isn't any room to work on the Blazers. I am going back to Ford next time I buy a vehicle. I never saw anything so hard to work on as that Blazer s10.
