2000 Kia Sephia-What Powers the Fuel Pump Relay

I have a 2000 Kia Sephia, 38,000 miles. The car has trouble starting and takes numerous tries/cranks before it finally does. I have replaced the Fuel Pump Relay, and it seemed to remedy the problem for a short time, but the condition exists. I have also determined that it is not the Fuel Pump.

I have been able to diagnose that the Fuel Pump Relay only intermittently gets power however I don't know what exactly powers it so I can fix/replace it.

While searching the web I found that on other foreign models (i.E. Toyota) the FPR is powered by a "Circuit Opening Relay" however I cannot seem to find "proof" that the Kia uses this as well or where it is located on the car if it does exist.

Any help would be appreciated as it has taken me months to get to this point.

Thanks!
Ron
