2001 Toyota Highlander Never tuned up before, 108,000 miles

2001 Toyota Highlander 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 108000 miles

I own a 2001 Toyota Highlander 4WD V6 and changed oil (synthetic Mobil 1) every 5k miles, frequent Air Filter changes and replaced Transmission oil and Coolant once near 70,000 miles.

It has 108,000 miles on it now and we've never "tuned up" the car and looking to do so soon.

What exactly needs to be done on the vehicle?

I know that spark plugs and wires will probably be replaced, fuel filter, oxygen sensor. What else exactly? I'm very curious.

Btw the rear passenger power Window behind the driver side has "lost" all control, will not roll up or down, and glass tends to slide down on it own during driving. We heard some metal bars come apart a few days ago when rolling down the window. Expensive fix?

Please comment. I'm scared this would cost us over a $1000.00 to get the above completed at local dealership.

Do you
have the same problem?
