Engine Mechanical problem
1986 Toyota Corona 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 148000 miles

Hello, I have a Toyota corona 1986, model st141.
I was driving at the highway doing 90km/h, and I hearded a loud bee noise and the engine died. It wouldnt start again. When I was trying to start it, I could see that the time belt was loose and wouldnt turn.
So I tough that could be the problem, I changed the time belt but when I try to start it again it still not runing. I realised that the oil pump spinning thing it stuck, it wont turn with the time belt. That is why the time belt is not runing.
I need to change my oil pump?
How do I replace the oil pump?

the head gasket has just been done. It has oil in it.
it was runing great.
