Hello I purchased my car brand-new 2006 4cyl Toyota Corolla last year and I noticed when I went to back up I would hear a squeaking sound.I notified the dealership, they told me because my car is brand-new and we live in Las Vegas it accumulated dust and to give it a few months till it goes away.I gave it a few months and I still had the problem. Once again I told them and they said the same thing. Here it is 1yr later and my brakes stop working on me completely 07/04/06.
So my real question is how miles can one go before having to get your brakes changed.(My car has less than 13,000 miles. Also would this be something that the dealer would pay for or myself?
Thank you so much for your help,
have the same problem?
