MY CAR IS OVER HEATING

IS A 1989 TOYOTA CAMRY 181,000 MILES 4 CYLINDERS THE CAR STARTED OVER HEATING THE FANS ARE NOT WORKING THE ONLY WAY THE FANS WILL START IS WHEN THE AC IS TURNED ON. I HAVE REPLACED THE THERMOSTAT, THE THERMOSTAT CENSORS, RELAY CENSORS AND IT DIDNT WORK. SO I HAD THE RADIATOR FLUSHED IT DIDNT WORK THEN I HAD THE RADIATOR REPLACED AND THE ALTERNATOR BUT NOTHING HAS WORKED. WHAT ELSE CAN BE DONE

What is it a 2.0L or 2.5L engine? Check the fusible link RDI fan 30amp/radiator fan high pressure switch and temperature switch.
