Brake light:
Check your brake master cylinder reservoir. Verify that the reservoir level is at where it is supposed to be. If the level is too low, it is time to check your brake pads.

Lost radio preset:

I have checked my fluid level and it is ok. I also tried driving in reverse and stopping the car w/ the e brake to adjust, but the light will not shut off. I was wondering if there was a sensor that might need to be replaced if yes where would it be located, also if there is another way to adjust the parking brake before I replace the sensor? Thank you for the info on the radio.

Also check the brake lever and fluid level switches.

In regard to the radio. This was happening on my 2001 Camry. About a month later I noticed the battery was slowly losing starting power. The battery was old. I replaced the battery and the radio issue was resolved, (as well as the starting issue).
