After sitting at a parking space for a while, I realized that my car's battery is dead so I replaced it with a new battery. Unfortunately, after replacing, my car won't start. Despite the new battery it does not crank.

This is a used car and it does not have a remote control and the original key. After I replaced the battery the alarm sounds whenever I open the door. Is it due to "test system" within the car? Or is it somewhat about computer setting?

Please help me to repair my car. Your adequate answer would be appreciated.
