Hi there, is this noise when stationary, or with brakes applied and moving? Dose the noise go away if you are moving slowly with brakes on then take your foot of the brakes?

It makes the noise as I start to let up on brakes and start to move

You may have a sticky brake caliper and the brakes are just hanging up a little, have this inspected.
