1990 Toyota Camry Possessed power windows

My mother drives a 1990 Toy camry and the power windows will only work when the car is in MOTION. If you stop they will not work, whether the car is running or not. Any ideas other than possession? Thanks

Hi Godsgran,

The only explanation I can offer is that there is a loose or broken wire that comes into contact when there is vibration while the car is in motion.
