1990 Toyota Camry

My car is a 1990 toyota camry, mileage at 260,000.I have electical problem for my power window, power lock, and selt belt(not lap belt).I want to mess around with the driver side kick panel fuse box but I don't have a fuse box diagram for it(don't know what happen to it), so yea, I was wonder if you guys happen to have a picture or diagram for it? Also, my charger doesn't work, how do I fix that?
