2000 Toyota Avalon, V6, 17000 miles
Just purchased this very low mileage vehicle. Was owned by an older lady and serviced at the dealer it was purchased from. In looking over all the service paperwork I see the dealer replaced the Air Conditioner cabin filter twice. The owners manual says that only avalons with the auto AC system have the filters and that ones with manual AC do not. This car has the manual system. The filter is supposed to be located behind the glovebox and their should be information inside the glovebox pertaining to the filter. There is none in this car. My question is this, is it possible this car does have this filter or did the dealer do a number on this lady?
