What is a Cylinder #5 Misfire and how do I fix it?

My car has been running fine but when I stated car yesterday I could tell something was wrong immediately. The idle was off, engine sounded like it was going to stall but never did, and Engine light came on. While driving home car started shaking when I pushed the gas pedal to accelerate, engine light stayed on the whole time but would start blinking every now and then.
Started car today, started fine, drove to auto store to get tested, engine stayed on but when I stated car to go back home problem occur again, rough idle, car was hesitating, engine light stated blinking then remained on and car shook whenever I pushed down on the gas to accelerate.

Guy at Auto Said test gave Code PO305, said it was a Cylinder 5 misfire.

What is a Cylinder #5 Misfire and how do I fix it?

First thing that is the easiest to check is remove the coil on #5 and swap it with another cylinder. If the misfire/code moves to that cylinder you know the coil is bad.

Replaced wires and plugs. I have another avalon and I used its coils and the motor still missed.

Motor misses. The latest engine code reading from the auto parts store said number 2 clyinder missing, then random missing. The code reader pointed to an electrical problem. Could it be the injector?

Engine misfiring can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
