1997 Toyota 4Runner

I have a 1997 4runner with around 190K miles on it. I just started noticing significant shuddering in the engine, especially at low RPMs, as well as when it is idling. The engine doesn't sound right, like it is puttering/bogging down. And the engine light is on. Does anyone know what this might be?

G'day wb sounds like the exhaust manifold may have a leak. Take off the plate over it and inspect for cracks. Good luck :D
