When I tried to start my car this morning, the lights came on as normal, when I turned the key to start everything went dead. I have checked all the fuses and found no problems. Battery is holding at 13.3 volts. Terminals and ends are good and clean.

Check the fuses and fusiblelink underhood as well as starter relay. You can switch relays that are alike to test it. I've included a pic.
