The engine wont start after full acceleration by the car

VW passat 2001 1.9 tdi avb 3bg: the car accerlerated sudnly over 5000 rpm then the engin stopped when the car is running at 80 km/h, after that the engine won't start : the sound when I want to start the engine is like an engine with bad valve timing, need help please, maybe ecxessive oil in the combustion chamber?(Turbo hs? Pistion ring? Valve?) And sorry for my bad english

Yes, the engine probably sucked excessive oil (that collected in the intercooler) and "ran away". Resulting in a hydrolock & bent valves.

You need to do a mechanical inspection of the camshaft / crankshaft timing. Most likely the cylinder head will need to come off to repair the engine damage.
