Hello I have a suzuki sidekick 1991, 4 door manual, 1.6l engine, at 127307km. I have completely overhauled the engine replacing all the gaskets, seals including the head gasket, valve seals etc. My original problem was the coolant leaks into the engine oil. I had the head pressure cheaked and valves re-seated and head re- surfaced. After putting the engine back together and torquing all bolts properly I still have the same problem as much as I had before. It used up about 1 liter of coolant for every 1 to 1 1/4 of time driving. I pressure cheaked the cooling system and no exsternal leaks found. The only thing I did not cheak was the intake manifold wich I later realized the coolant travels through- but the coolant does not seem to be getting burnt in the cyclinders.
any ideas please- before I just have to junk the car!
thanks jen
