I USE THE ENGINE IN A GYROPLANE. AND CHANGE THE ENGINE FROM 2.2L TO 2.5L I THOGHT THAT THAT WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE OVERHEATING BUT NOT. I CAHANGE THE RADIARTOR, STILL THE SAME. I'M SURE NOW THAT IT HAS TO DO WITH THE LINES THAT GO TO THE RADIATOR OR THE RADIATOR IN THE HEATING SYSTEM FOR THE CABIN. TOMORROW I WILL JUMP THAT RADIARTOR AND TRY IT AGAIN. IF THIS IS NOT, NOW I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE. IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER IDEA PLEASE LET ME NOW.
THANK YOU

Sounds like a coolant flow problem. Stuck thermostat maybe? May want to back flush the system.
