Air Conditioning problem
2000 Subaru Legacy 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 170000 miles

I have just had many of the seals replaced which required removal of the engine. Upon getting the car back from the shop, the air conditioner blows air but never gets any cooler than if I had the vents on. Looking in the engine compartment I noticed a loose wire that looks like it may be a ground wire. It is connected to the strut mount (or whatever that part is called) on the passenger side of the car but the other end is loose and I don't know where it came from. I thought it might be the ground wire for the AC compressor. I thought if I could find where that wire is supposed to be connected it will save me a return trip to the shop.

Thanks
