Shutdown at stop signs and red lights

While replacing a bad freeze plug behind the flywheel I found a broken wire, I repaired the wire and now it will not stay running. I have been trying to find a way to check for fuel pressure but can’t find a way.

The fuel schrader valve location is at the rear of the right side of the engine (picture attached). I have also attached the pressure specifications. This is a great place to start, just to get an idea of the health of the fuel system. Also verify that the EGR valve is not stuck open (common issue).
