I have replaced the EGR valve twice on my car but it keeps going out. Every time I check with the OBDII reader it comes up EGR Circiut. What could be causing the EGR valve to quit working?Could it be the ECM?

You said it telling you EGR circuit!
Need to check the wiring between the EGR and PCM
check connector plugs and harness
use an ohm meter and check the wiring harness
