My 2000 9-3 doesn't like to start when it's been running at full temperatrure. I have to let it cool down for a while. It starts up just fine if I try right away, but if I wait about 15 minutes or so it cranks, but will not start untill it cools down for a while. Maybe 45 minutes to an hour.
