RUBBING SOUND STARTING OUT IN REVERSE

When the car is cold in the morning, I put it in reverse and back up, it makes a rubbing sound. I just had the brakes replace and new tires put on. I thought about hub bearings, but there is no vibration. Could it be a caliper sticking?

The car has traction control, abs, and has always made a distinct noise when these engage. I was told this is normal.

It just started doing this and it worries me.
