Ringing Sound from Driver's Side

Clio 16V - When my car is idling with the A/C off, I can hear a distinct ringing sound from the front right hand wheel and when I turn off my A/C, the ringing sound goes off. This ringing also comes on when im driving with the A/C off but not when its on. Can someone help me with this?

Check the drive belt pulley's for wear or damage !
