Having a shutter or vibration in the rear end after it shifts down when it accelerates or when it has any torque on it while driving at any speed. They drove it and said it was the rear differential and they had the rear end flushed and the additive put in at a garage. And they said it was fixed. But drove it about ten miles and it started doing it again.

Take it back in. Have them check the U-Joints for binding/wear. Does it get hot? When you give it throttle or let off does it whine or make any noises?

Or take it to another shop and have them check it first, then take it back to the other place. It is possible that the differential is the problem as well, but without test driving it and hearing it anything is a guess.
