REAR A/C BLOWS HOT AIR.

My ac had a leak in the fill valve, and over the winter the freon all went away.
I replaced the valve and added freon to it, and the front unit started working well.

When I checked the REAR unit, it was blowing HOT air. Not WARM, but HOT !
Even the condenser coil was hot to the touch.

About that time, the front blower died too.
I replaced that, and the front unit still works well, but I need to know what to check on the rear unit.

Suggestions?

Thanks,

Rick

The condenser is supposed to be hot

what were the exact pressures?

Did you replace the dryer and orfice tubes? Evacuate the system before charging?

What did you replace? The front blower motor?
