I have replaced my thermostat, put all new hoses, and it is not leaking any where but when I go about a mile down the road it jumps hot in a split second I can't figure out why because the thermostat is not sticking it is opening right when it heats up like it's suppose to and I flushed the radiator out. Any ideas what it could be? And water pump is working right it's pumping water but still getting hot.

Did you check the coolant level in radiator? There could be air trapped in system.
