Hello, I'm Danny.

Just a quick question first. After changing the key cylinder was the same key re-used or a different key with the cylinder altogether? Let me know and we'll go from there. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Hello again.

When you replace the key cylinder and have a new key it needs to be programmed to your car. Most Toyota dealers charge around $300.00 to program. If you want to save money find a local locksmith that will come to your location and program. Hope this helps and thanks again for using 2CarPros.
