Power slide door issue I can hear the motors and beeps?

Bought this van with both sliding doors not operating. I can hear the motors and beeps but nothing opens or closes. I have replaced few of these in the past, on odyssey, either motors or just cables. Bought 2 sets of cables and spools. Replaced driver and it works great no issues. When finished with passenger, when pressing close it opens and vise versa. It also opens all the way then beeps 3 times then closes. Does not stay where it should open. I cleaned the tracks from al dirt and sprayed some lubricant. No success. Also read the code which i believe could be from before. Cleared them but can't get any codes back. No codes and still does the same thing. Turned switch off the manually closed it several times the ln turned it on, same results. I did not have to unplug any motor harnesses but someone been there before as one of the 10 mm bolts holding the motor in place is gone, also the cover that covers the spool is cracked but that does not affext anything.
