Driverside vents will blow hot air while passenger vents blow cool air while using the air conditionre. Problem is corrected by shutting off the engine and restarting. But problem reoccurs. Could this be a blend door accuator issue and if so which one? Thanks

It can be the temperature actuator for left side. Try pulling hvac fuse inside truck for sixty seconds with key on it may reset if it is the actuator then see if it is getting power. But reading some tips on this just replace the actuator. See picture it is on passenger side bottom side of heater.
