IRREGULAR CLUNK ON ACCELERATION

Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
2006 Other Porsche Models 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 35000 miles
I've got an irregular clunk somewhere in the rear of the car on acceleration (transmission/engine/axle area).
It only happens if I am coasting in 2nd/3rd applying no gas at all, and then I jab the throttle, I get a pretty loud " clunk". (Though only maybe 25% of the time).
There's no clunk when turning or going over bumps or braking, only on sudden acceleration from coasting.
(car is a 911 997.1 C4S)

Sure sounds liek it could be a mount problem. Odd that it only does it 25% of the time. Have you got under it an pryed on the mounts a little to see if any are torn?
