HAVE A 96 TRANSPORT VAN THAT WILL NOT SHIFT BACK INTO PARK, THEREFORE THE IGNITION KEY CAN NOT BE REMOVED, ANY IDEAS.

I THINK I FOUND THE PROBLEM, THE BTSI IS NOT DISINGAGING TO ALLOW IT TO SHIFT IN OR OUT OF PARK.
