I have a 93 Pontiac Bonneville with 180,000 miles on it. My right brake pads continue to wear at a very fast pace. I have had the car since january and I have replaced the brake pads once each month. To date I have put a new caliper and rotor on the right side. I have had the fluid bleed from the system. Each time after the new ones gets put on the car smokes first then in the next 2 weeks the pads are worn again. Please help me with this because no one seems to know the answer. Mechanics say it could be the proportioning valve, master cylinder, or the brake lines.
