I have a 2002 pontiac grand prix, 3.1L engine.
Recently I have coolant replace at the quick fluid place. Technician noticed that old coolant is 'milky' and suggested cooling system be flushed.
Again I could see white foam underneath the radiator cap. There is no water in the motor oil.
Is this white foam caused by motor oil entering the cooling system? What part might be demaged?
Thanks for the answer.

Sounds like a headgasket failure, you can test it by performing a compression test on the cylinders. The lowest cylinder should be no more then 25% of the highest cylinder.
