Electrical problem
2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 126000 miles

my blower motor resistor keeps going out. I replace it and it runs for a few days and goes out again. The blower works after I replace the resistor but only for a few days. I have been through 4 in the last 2 months. What do I do?

Your blower motor is obviously drawing to much amperage. You will probably have to change blower motors to solve your problem. A restriction in the duct work can cause this problem also, but if the blower is moving enough air, it's the motor.
