Engine Cooling problem
2001 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I replaced the coolant temp sensor on my 2001 Grand Prix witht he 3.8 liter supercharged engine. Now the cooling fans do not run. The PCM is not providing the grounds to the fans. Everything (fuses, relays, wiring, fans) else in the system is OK. Thoughts?

You may have got a bad switch or wrong one, take it back and get a new one.
