I have a 1993 grand am with a 3.3 motor. Recently the air conditioning pump pully cut the radiator hose. We replaced it twice before getting advice to change the motor mounts. We changed the upper mount(passenger side) front of motor, and the torque arrester on the same side on the bottom but the motor is still moving too far and cutting the radiator hose. What else should we be looking for?

Could be the mounts on the trans or other side. But first see if there is no way to hold back or reroute the hose. Does the car shake at idle? Some engine movement is normal, but motor mounts sound extremely bad to do that.
