I own a 1990 Pontiac Grand Am 2.5L The cv joint went out after driving it today. Its started shaking when I slowed down and popping when I turned. I tried to back it out of the yard and turned it right and it popped really loud, made a nasty nasty grinding sound and stopped moving then my speedometer started goin up and I wasnt moving so I shut the car off and its been in the middle of my yard all day. Took the tire off and there was like 6-8 big metal balls around where the car was. The cv joint had come apart where it connects to the tire. We pulled the whole shaft and everything out. Its the passenger side by the way. Can I put the wheel and stuff back and on and park it where its supposed to be or will it not move. I heard the passenger side pulls the car so im not sure. I know I need a new shaft but is it movable?

Do you
have the same problem?
