2000 Pontiac Grand Am

Recently the power steering on my Grand Am stopped working. Previously the low traction light would come on if I made a sharp turn in reverse. When the power steering went out, that was what I was doing. I checked the fluid and it's at the right level.?

Also, sometimes my car kinda dies off when the car is in motion, mostly when it's at a low RPM. This doesn't happen when idling or shifting, just when I'm cruising at say 45 or 65. I was thinking it was a gunky radiator? And if so, how do you flush it? Do you do it through the coolant resevior?

Thank you for any help!
