Did you happen to rotate the caliper and put a loop in the flex hose?

Everything was installed properly ive been told its brake cleaner brake fluid and the new pads just burning off creating that smell

Brake cleaning fluid evaporates in 30 seconds assuming you cleaned the shipping oil off of them with the brake cleaner in the first place. You shouldn't be getting a burning smell, no matter what.
