1995 Pontiac Grand Am Blower motor/ AC not working

Sunday the blower motor quit operating then later on it worked, Tuesday it quit again, I noticed that along with this the AC clutch does not engage when in ac mode or defroster mode, fuse ohms out as good, I don't believe it is the motor, but maybe the 'main rotary switch" next to the fan switch

At fuse block check the Heater/AC fuse 25amp. This problem could be the Heater/AC control assembly,blower motor resistor/blower motor relay located it in the right rear of engine compartment. See below
