There are 2 problems I cannot seem to pinpoint. First, As I accelerate, the headlights get brighter and the blower motor for the heating sytem runs higher. Also the ABS light will NOT go off. What could cause that. Second, When I put the car in Neutral and rev the motor up it hits a certain point and starts to whir I gues it sounds like a chattering rev. Up and down quickly. Any ideas? Thank You

Have the charging system tested at most autoparts stores for free. Look for alt. Output loaded and unloaded. Even if it is charging properly you may have a bearing in the alt. Going south. Also check for proper belt tension and belt condition.
The test also includes a battery, starter test.

The ABS light is hopefully a wheel sensor that has worked loose, but you would need to get the car scanned with a chassis scanner to get the ABS fault.

Since this is an OBDI car, most likely you will have to get a trusted garage, or the dealer service scan the ABS system.
