EXCESSIVE MOISTURE/NO HEAT

Plymouth Voyager '90.
heat is intermittant at best. Excessive moisture and fogging in cab. Water loss from heater but I find no leakage. I checked the oil cap and though dirty it's not foamy like a head gasket leak. All hoses, pump and filters seem fine. I am just stumped.

If you get steam inside the car you need to replace the heater core.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
